Who are we
Before I Forget is a Newcastle-based alternative rock band blending the energy of pop punk with the emotion and intensity of alt rock. Fusing soaring melodies, driving guitars, and honest lyricism, the band creates songs that balance infectious hooks with powerful, atmospheric moments.
Drawing inspiration from bands like Fightstar and Busted, while taking influence from artists such as The 1975 and blink-182, they make a sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh.
With a debut 4-track EP on the horizon, Before I Forget are determined to earn their place in musics history. As they bring their music to stages across the UK, the band are ready to carve out their own place in the modern rock landscape—bringing together the best elements of pop punk and alternative rock for a new generation.

Jake
Lead guitar & Vocals
Born and raised in Newcastle. Jake has been playing guitar since the age of 7 and has always had a passion for performing. He brings the creative goofiness to the band and came from the pop rock side of the rock landscape.
Will
LEad Guitar, keys & Vocals
Our resident southerner, Will’s on guitar and vocals. He’s been around music most of his life, starting with classical violin then later teaching himself to play guitar and keys. A laid back attitude taking inspiration from Pop Punk and Midwest-Emo.
Ronin
Drums
Some say he once got a standing ovation from a metronome... all we know is, he's called Ronin.
